If you are frustrated like most people are with having your home sit on the market for months with not much traffic then you need to FIRE your Realtor! If I don’t sell your house within 60 days then I will continue to list it but for NO COMMISSION. Of course you can choose to fire me as well☺ If your home isn’t selling then ask your Realtor how he/she is marketing your house. There are many ways to advertise and the MLS is just the tip of the iceberg.
